Atelier Nøss is a thoughtfully designed extension to an existing artist-run gallery and museum. The new additions, while respecting the scale and character of the original barn-like structure, clearly distinguish themselves as contemporary additions. The extension houses a cozy café, artist residency workshops, educational spaces, and exhibition spaces.

The project's primary objective was to create a harmonious balance between the old and new. The extension's design minimizes visual impact while seamlessly integrating into the existing gallery's architectural expression.
