By preserving the existing building structure of an old fish factory and infusing it with new life, Bruket demonstrates a commitment to sustainability and conservation. The project's focus on revitalization ensures that the historic fish factory remains an integral part of the local community.

Bruket is designed to be a hub for travelers and co-workers visiting Lofoten, providing a welcoming and inspiring atmosphere. The hotel's unique character makes it an attractive option for those seeking a memorable and authentic experience.

The development also includes a new housing project that replaces three historic buildings that were in poor condition. This new housing offers modern amenities and comfortable living spaces while minimizing the environmental impact.

By combining the revitalization of the historic fish factory with the construction of sustainable housing, Bruket demonstrates a comprehensive approach to sustainable development.
