Reineholmen

Reineholmen reimagines an abandoned peninsula in the heart of Ballstad's harbor. The project features four interconnected buildings arranged around a sheltered courtyard, offering a mix of high-quality housing, commercial spaces along a newly created public waterfront promenade, a restaurant, a conference center, and a boutique hotel. A new bridge connects the peninsula to the mainland, enhancing accessibility and creating a dynamic new waterfront destination.
